Warranty

Fenger team is committed to providing you with high quality and durable products. However, we know that in the unlikely event, things happen, and we are always ready to address issues to make you happy.

All Fenger products purchased through our website or authorized retailers have 1 year warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturer's defects, and the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or component.

Our guarantee applies to faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in compliance with the care & use instructions provided.

The guarantee does not cover the below:

• Damage caused by abuse or negligence
• Normal wear & tear
• Dents & scratches
• Fading & paint chips
• Product misuse & improper Care
• Melting or warping caused by overheating
• Cleaning related issues
• Product purchased via an unauthorized reseller

If you experience workmanship or material issues with our products, please fill out the claim form and we will get back to you in 2 weeks. A photo of the defective product and the receipt or the proof of purchase must be accompanied with the claim.

If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted. Please note that all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the consumer.
